If it where my wife installing this she would have been so frustrated that she would have uninstalled everything and ask for her money back. I just found it annoying at the start as the rules for passwords should be the same over both software to avoid customers like me having this slight frustration. I don’t really mind that I had to change it. So in order to make it work I had to change my console password to something like: Therefore the app and the pc software have different restrictions on what can be used as a password. ![]() However when entering my details in WSA Complete for mobile the app said my password was not valid. For example when I installed and set everything up my password was something like this:Īnd like I said the password worked fine. When installing the complete app on my phone it would not accept the password I used for my console. Installing it on my pc with my choice of password was fine. Adjust your settings here, and while you are here check the key code listed. On the next screen, click the Access & Permissions tab at the top. If these permissions are not correct, click the little "person icon" at the far right end of the profile you need to edit. If you do not have a license for your computer, and are using only the standalone Android app, you will need just Mobile Security set to access. If you have WSA Complete for your computer, you will need Mobile Security, Back & Synch and Passwords all set to access. If you have WSA Internet Security Plus for your computer, you will need Mobile Security and Password access. Check to make sure that all permissions are set to Access. Locate the profile (Email address) you are wanting to use to log in. Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right corner and choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown. If you have not yet created your Account Console, you need to do this in order to log into the mobile apps correctly. Next, go to the Account Console and log in.
